Where It All Began - RJH Loft Conversions Limited

I founded RJH Loft Conversions Limited back in 1998, when I was just 22 years old. RJH experienced steady growth, eventually becoming one of the largest loft and garage conversion companies in the East Midlands, employing around 30 skilled tradespeople and completing an impressive 80 loft conversions per year.

During this success at RJH, I was inspired to embark on a new journey in the world of property development. I partnered with a colleague to establish a new company dedicated to acquiring and developing sites for residential housing. This venture also grew progressively as we secured additional sites for property development.

However, challenges arose in balancing my time effectively managing two successful businesses simultaneously. After much deliberation, I made the difficult decision to dissolve RJH, allowing me to dedicate my focus to the property development side of my business.

Now, eight years later, together with my partner I have constructed some truly remarkable properties and take great pride in what we have achieved. Having worked on loft conversions throughout my life, I've come to realise this is my true passion, as I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with customers and being surrounded by a fantastic team. This is why I’ve decided to transition away from property development and launch a new loft conversion company.

Truss Developments will enable me to return to my roots in loft conversions while continuing to provide exceptional service and quality to my customers.
